Silly soda names are all the rage at GM. While it has chosen “Wild Cherry” as a new special edition package for the 2021 Camaro, we are disappointed. Don’t get us wrong, we like Wild Cherry soda. It’s just that it isn’t catchy enough. Wild Cherry. It sounds like a mid-1990s boy band. No one …
Yes, it’s true, the one and only “World’s Longest Car” as defined by the Guinness Book Of World Records will live again. It had fallen into a horrible state of disrepair. Looking like it spent many years exposed to the elements it had turned into a rusted mess. How could this happen to such a …

When it comes to high-margin, high-volume products like Chevy’s pickups we wonder why it staggers the release of certain configurations? Especially as sedans continue to be axed it needs pickups and SUVs to make up for the gaps left by Malibus and Impalas. A class-action lawsuit has been filed against Fiat Chrysler accusing it of continuing to sell vehicles it knows has defects. This 1965 Dodge Coronet is a recreation of the very beginnings of what became known as the Funny Car class in drag racing. Once racers like Jack Chrisman started putting blown or injected engines running nitromethane into modern cars starting in 1964 there wasn’t a class for them in NHRA competition. But they were instantly …
There was a time when a lead like this would have been answered with, “Yeah, when pigs fly.” Not anymore. Our friends from South Korea have slowly upped the game of building cars that can compete on almost any level. And, it can do it for a lot less. Their latest should embarrass Mercedes. The …

This is called a “Spitfire Luxury Pre-Runner” from Jimco Race Trucks. You’ve heard of Jimco; they build high-end race trucks for a host of …
If you, like the rest of us, thought all auto manufacturing throughout the world had shut down because of the Coronavirus crisis, think again.
