The Hyundai Palisade is the biggest SUV in the Korean brand’s lineup. Its roomy three-row interior and premium options make it a popular minivan alternative. When fully loaded, it’s seriously competitive with more expensive luxury SUVs. Let’s take a look at the 2024 Hyundai Palisade’s price and what you can expect to pay for a fully loaded model.

What’s the 2024 Hyundai Palisade’s price?

The 2024 Hyundai Palisade’s price starts at $36,400. That gets you the base SE model. Like every trim of the Palisade, it’s powered by a 3.8-liter V6 engine rated at 291 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. The EPA estimates a combined fuel economy rating of 22 mpg with FWD and 21 mpg with AWD.

Standard features in the SE trim include 18-inch wheels, LED headlights, three-row seating with seating for up to eight, a 12.3-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, navigation, first- and second-row USB-C ports, dual-zone automatic climate control, and an auto-dimming mirror.

Standard Hyundai SmartSense safety tech features include automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, lane-keep assist, adaptive cruise control, automatic high beams, driver attention monitoring, rear parking sensors, and the Highway Diving Assist system.

The midrange SEL trim starts at $39,150. On top of the generous list of standard features, it adds LED taillights, roof rails, a hands-free power liftgate, Hyundai Digital Key 2 Touch, H-Tex faux leather seats, second-row captain’s chairs (a bench seat is optional), heated front seats, a power driver’s seat, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, LED interior lighting, and a wireless charging pad.

The XRT trim starts at $41,550. It’s essentially the SEL model but with a rugged appearance package with 20-inch black wheels, black exterior trim, a roof rack, and black seats. It also includes rear sunshades. Unlike the SEL model, there’s no Premium Package available.

The Limited trim, starting at $47,700, is where the Hyundai becomes a more luxurious SUV. Standard features include 20-inch wheels, a dual-panel sunroof, leather seats, a head-up display, a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster, a Melange headliner, heated and ventilated first- and second-row seats, a memory driver’s seat, a heated steering wheel, heated and power-folding third-row seats, Harman Kardon 12-speaker audio, an intercom system, rear sunshades, a blind-spot view monitor, Highway Driving Assist II, front parking sensors, and a surround-view camera.

How much does a fully loaded 2024 Hyundai Palisade cost?

The top Caligraphy trim of the Hyundai Palisade has a price of $50,100. A Hyundai SUV for more than $50,000 might sound like a lot, but this is a legitimately luxurious SUV.

In addition to the features on the Limited trim, the Caligraphy model has puddle lights, premium rear accent lighting, a satin chrome grille, premium Nappa leather seats, an Ergo-Motion driver’s seat, quilted leather door panels, a microfiber headliner, a digital rearview mirror, and Remote Smart Parking Assist.

The only factory options for the Palisade Caligraphy are premium paint ($450) and all-wheel drive ($2,000). Those options, plus the $1,335 destination fee, bring the price of a loaded Palisade to $53,885.

Does the 2024 Hyundai Palisade price make it worth it?

The 2024 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy is a good buy when you compare it to a similarly equipped three-row luxury SUV. It’s seriously competitive with premium SUVs like the Lincoln Aviator, Acura MDX, and Cadillac XT6. If you have a big budget for a family SUV, this should be on your shopping list.
