Steven Ecker

Steven Ecker is a MotorBiscuit Contributing Writer. He first got hooked on cars after watching “Dazed and Confused,” when the lineup of muscle cars and old-school trucks on screen sparked a lasting appreciation for that era’s bold, no-nonsense design. Based in Austin, Texas, he earned his B.S. in Retailing and Consumer Sciences from the University of Arizona. Outside of writing, Steve runs Get Lost Collages, a mixed media art project where he teaches workshops, designs album covers, and takes on commissions. He also stays busy biking, skateboarding, practicing Muay Thai, collecting vinyl, going to concerts, and making art.
