Attempted murder, nudity, and climbing in a porta potty holding tank? While this story sounds crappy, it shows that the infamous Florida man is wild. The naked suspect tried hitting a construction worker with an SUV, then hid from the police in human waste. 

Florida man targets worker with stolen SUV, then hides in porta potty 

Shout out to the hardworking police officers in Lee County, Florida. They had to handle a naked suspect after he climbed out of the holding tank of a porta potty. I’m sure the heat and humidity helped with the smell. 

A construction worker contacted the Sheriff’s Office to report a stolen vehicle and attempted murder. When officers arrived, the worker shared that a man wearing nothing but sweatpants entered the private property from a nearby beach. 

He told the suspect, identified as 43-year-old Joushua Mulnix, to leave. But he refused and tried breaking into a shed. Then he spotted the worker’s unlocked Nissan SUV and climbed inside. 

According to Local 12, Mulnix aggressively accelerated in the worker’s direction, but he jumped out of the way. Then he drove through a gate and parked at a nearby property. 

Another person called the police because a suspicious male who seemed to be on drugs parked the stolen SUV and jumped inside a porta potty. 

When officers caught up to him, Mulnix jumped out of the porta potty toilet and tried to run away on foot with two wooden stakes. His sweatpants were missing but were later located in the toilet. 

Officers had to subdue Mulnix with a taser to take him into custody. He was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, grand theft of a motor vehicle, and criminal mischief.
