Talk about a glow-up! The Jeep Gladiator Dark Sky gets irresistibly dark. While most Jeep special edition models go bright, the Dark Sky floors it in the opposite direction. Plus, it reportedly packs extra value.

Look at the Jeep Gladiator Dark Sky edition

The Jeep Gladiator Dark Sky just dropped with blackout features that almost seem sinister, in a good way. It’s ready for stealth missions with gloss black accents, body-color fenders, dark badges, black decals, gloss black bumper inserts, and a performance hood.

You may notice that the performance hood was borrowed from the Gladiator Mojave. Plus, this model is built on the Sport S trim with an available body-color roof. Other Sport S trims only offer the black Freedom Top for $1,695.

The Dark Sky edition doesn’t break the bank. It can be added for $1,495, bringing the MSRP to about $43,095 before the $1,995 destination fee.

According to Morning Star, the Gladiator S has a standard 12.3-inch infotainment screen, a premium wrapped steering wheel, cloth upholstery, push-button start, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and an eight-speaker audio system.

Plus, it includes the full suite and safety features such as adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, and automatic emergency braking.

This truck arrives ready to conquer the wild with heavy-duty Dana 44 axles with axle disconnect, 10 inches of ground clearance, and protective skid plates. It can tow up to 7,700 lbs and has the best-in-class payload of 1,725 lbs.

I’ve been waiting for the Jeep Gladiator hybrid to arrive. But until then, this truck has a 3.6-liter V6 engine with 285 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque.
