This DoorDash delivery gone wrong could have turned into a nasty case of “he said, she said.” But video evidence shut that down fast.

DoorDash driver Olivia Henderson arrived at a home in Oswego, New York, to make a delivery. At the house, she found a man passed out with his pants and underwear around his ankles. That would have been a great moment to walk away. She could have called police for a welfare check if she was worried. That’s not what Henderson did.

The 23-year-old pulled out her cellphone. She filmed the man and posted the clip to TikTok.

TikTok doesn’t allow nude content, especially without consent. The man was understandably upset. This would have been a great moment for Henderson to admit what she did. She didn’t. Instead, she claimed sexual assault.

Police just reviewed the footage

The driver reported the incident as sexual assault. She told police that the man left his door wide open, so she framed it as a public decency issue. Then she claimed he lured her inside. That was her assault allegation. She overlooked one detail: There was video evidence.

Officers contacted the man. He “cooperated with police and provided a statement.” Then he supplied Ring camera footage. The footage showed the door closed. It showed Henderson opening it to capture her own video.

Police say the man gave Henderson no indication to enter. The department adds that no sexual assault occurred.

DoorDash deleted Henderson’s account. Police then arrested her last week. She faces two felony charges: unlawful surveillance in the second degree and dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image in the first degree. Her sentence could stretch as long as eight years.
