Listen, we get it. Having to remove a ton of snow from your car stinks. It’s cold outside. It can be time-consuming. And you’re sick of it already. There has to be a simpler and quicker way, right? Like, say, using a snowblower.

Of course, back in the good old days, an idea like that would never have worked. All snowblowers were gas-powered behemoths that would have dented and scratched the crap out of your car. That’s if you could even lift it up that high all by yourself.

These days, though, they have these lighter-weight electric snowblowers that even most weaklings can operate with ease. Why not give one of those a try at clearing the snow off your car?

That’s the thought process that must have gone through the mind of one owner of an E90 BMW 3 Series in Ontario, Canada, recently. Either that, or they’re just flat-out nuts.

Don’t try this at home, unless you’re an idiot

The first clue about how this genius idea worked out for the BMW owner comes in the caption of a video he shared on Instagram of someone attempting this feat. “POV: you cracked your windshield with the snowblower,” he wrote.

Your second clue is the caption on his video: “I’m special, just leave me alone.” He ain’t lying.

Clue number three is the comments on the video. Words and phrases like lazy, common sense, and stupid are peppered throughout.

As you will see in the video, the snowblower not only cracked the windshield but also appears to have chewed off one of the wiper blades. But hey, they got almost 54,000 likes! Ragebait like this always does well.
