The DIRTcar Summer Nationals for Late Models celebrates its 40th year with 35 events in 36 days on the 2026 schedule. Throughout the challenging series, over $1 million will be up for grabs. Additionally, the DIRTcar Summit Racing Modified Nationals will race alongside the Late Models at 25 of these events.

The 2026 DIRTcar Summer Nationals will feature two race tracks returning for the first time in over 30 years. It also features two brand new tracks: Dubuque Fairgrounds Speedway in Iowa and Camden Speedway in Tennessee.

The five-week Late Model tour will award over $150,000 in points fund money to the top 10 in each week’s points. In addition, a $10,000 bonus will be given to the overall Summer Nationals champion. Furthermore, the top 10 in overall points will receive additional pay.

Purses for each feature will range from $22,800 for $5,000 to win races to $33,700 for $10,000 to win tilts. Plus, a special tow-money bonus of $500 for every 500 miles traveled will also be paid. Each driver who maintains perfect attendance is eligible for that award.

Meanwhile, the DIRTcar Summit Modifieds will also be competing for a $15,000 points fund. Awards will be paid to the top 10 in the final championship standings, with $5,000 going to the champion. Each event will pay $1,500 to win, except for the tour’s finale. It will pay $500 to win on night one and $5,000 to win on night two.
