Do you know what’s worse than a broken ice cream machine? Getting stabbed in the face with a screwdriver while sitting in your SUV. This bizarre situation recently happened to a customer sitting in a McDonald’s drive-thru. Talk about a McOuch.

Tennessee woman gets stabbed at a McDonald’s drive-though

What started as a normal McDonald’s run for a Tennessee woman quickly turned into a disaster as she was stabbed in the face with a screwdriver. This isn’t something that most drivers want a side of fries with.

The Memphis Police Department is investigating after a woman stabbed a McDonald’s customer in the face. They have charged 20-year-old Ashely Davis with aggravated assault and resisting stop.

The incident occurred at the McDonald’s on Trezevant Street around 4 PM on November 20. Officers were informed by the victim that she was stabbed in the face with a screwdriver.

She was placing an order at the speaker box when a strange woman approached her window, asking for money. When she said she didn’t have any, things went south.

According to Action News 5, the suspect quickly pulled out a screwdriver and stabbed her in the face while screaming,“You should’ve had some month b***.”

Then the suspect started walking around other cars in the parking lot. Police SUVs and cars swarmed the scene as the suspect started to run down Lamar Avenue.

As officers tried to place her in custody, she physically resisted being arrested. She pushed and kicked officers. However, now she’s being held for further investigation. Ashley Davis is being held in jail with a $25,000 bond.

The Memphis Fire Department arrived to treat the victim on the scene. She didn’t need to be transported to the hospital.

She’s lucky that the screwdriver didn’t strike her eyes or cause more substantial damage. This is probably a drive-thru event that she will never forget.
