One of the TikTok videos posted by area resident Crystal Galindo generated 1.2 million views in just 5 days. She said she spotted it at around 9 a.m. on a Friday earlier this month near the El Ranchero restaurant at 505 Fair Avenue. “Cool car #somewhereintexas #southside,” she captioned the video.

“You don’t even need to park,” one viewer commented. “You can drive that thing right into the store and start shopping.”

I’d 100% get one of these and tint the windows,” someone else responded.

“She’s brave,” read another comment. “I would be so scared to be squished.”

“Was someone in the back seat???” another viewer asked. (And yes, there was someone in the back seat.)

Another video of the tiny red car was recorded and shared on TikTok by San Antonian Priscilla Olvera. “This car is literally so cute!” she captioned her video.

“That little car is just everywhere,” read one comment on her video.

“I’d be afraid to park it anywhere,” another viewer joked. “Someone could put it in their pocket and walk away.”
