Two brand-new trucks are enjoying time in the spotlight. The Tesla Cybertruck and Kia Tasman are officially ready to change the game. Despite being extremely different types of pickup trucks, they have one weird thing in common.

What do the Tesla Cybertruck and Kia Tasman have in common?

The Tesla Cybertruck and Kia Tasman both have a unique style. Both trucks stand out from the competition with futuristic looks.

Some drivers are drawn to them because they don’t look like traditional electric or gas-powered trucks at all. It’s a good thing for some shoppers.

However, other buyers are drawn to other trucks because they consider the Cybertruck and Tasman to be ugly. But style is pretty subjective.

Just because you hate or love the way a truck looks doesn’t mean that everyone agrees with you. Also, some drivers go for functionality instead of appearances.

Most people have already seen the Cybertruck with its sharp-angled dimensions. While it’s been referred to as something a child drew, celebrities still jump at the chance to buy it.

The Kia Tasman is more squared off but the blocky headlights frame a bubble nose. Bubble noses haven’t been in style for decades.

Also, the rear window looks too small and the C-shaped taillights feel out of place. Plastic cladding sits awkwardly above the wheel wells, but I do think that the tires look good.

It might be easy to brush the Kia Tasman off because the gas and diesel-powered models aren’t coming to America.

However, America might get the all-electric version. The Tasman was recently spotted being tested in California while wearing camouflage.

While the Tasman is a global truck, rumors suggest that the electric Kia truck will only be offered in the United States. It could be built on one of the Hyundai or Kia plants located in Alabama or Georgia.

What if the Cybertruck has a new challenger as the EV Tasman arrives? Also, can the electric Kia Tasman tackle the Rivian R1T or Ford F-150 Lightning?
