Limited-edition vehicles are unique vehicles produced by the manufacturer for a limited time or limited number. It typically occurs during an anniversary to celebrate some aspect of the business or show off what the manufacturer can do. Special limited-edition examples include Triumph’s trio of special editions in 2022, the Honda Civic Type R, and much more.
Motorcycles can also have these special editions, like Indian Motorcycle’s Chieftain Elite or Harley Davidson’s Street Glide Special. There are also special additions in celebration of movies, such as the Hyundai Sonata N Line from the ‘Snake Eyes’ G.I. Joe reboot.
While these editions can be more expensive, sometimes they are worth the price hack to have one of the limited number of models produced. These models are made for collectors that enjoy the idea of keeping a vehicle for a while in hopes it becomes worth the investment. On the other hand, some of these editions look amazing, and customers want them for that reason.
