Apparently, stealing a FedEx truck wasn’t enough for one New York man. After smashing multiple cars, he returned to the scene of a crash to climb behind the wheel of an ambulance. The chaos delayed traffic for hours in Brooklyn.

New York man steals a FedEx truck and comes back for an ambulance

Police officers in Brooklyn, New York, were in for a wild afternoon as a maniac caused hours of chaos. The suspect, identified as 32-year-old Domanique Bullock, went on a rampage after climbing into a FedEx truck near 606 Carroll Street in Park Slope.

Bullock allegedly shoved the 25-year-old driver out of the truck around 2:34 PM. He immediately took off eastbound on Carroll Street and smashed into a 2012  Mercedes-Benz SUV parked a few doors down.

Then he rear-ended a yellow Ford Transit taxi stopped at a red light. Next, he lost control of the truck and plowed through a church fence, causing tons of damage. The FedEx truck got stuck, so Bullock jumped off, running away on foot.

According to Brooklyn News 12, he ran to an ambulance at the scene of an accident that he was responsible for causing. Bullock tried to drive away, but failed to operate the ambulance.

This is when police officers were able to quickly apprehend him. He was charged with criminal mischief, robbery, attempted grand larceny auto, reckless driving, and two counts of leaving the scene of an accident.

It’s unclear if anyone was injured during the rampage. But New York City residents are often prepared for the wild events that occur in the Big Apple.
