This NFL-themed tiny Ram truck debuts in the wrong country
Dear Ram and Stellantis, it’s that little annoying truck girl again. I wish I could quit you, but your trucks give me feelings. Today’s feelings are jealousy, hurt, and betrayal as America doesn’t get the Ram Rampage NFL Edition.
What is the Ram Rampage NFL Edition?
The Ram Rampage NFL Edition is an exclusive model with unique styling, badges, and decals for Brazil. Only 300 models are being made, and don’t even think about getting one in America.
We don’t even get to have the regular version of the mid-size Ram truck. According to Stellantis, this model celebrates Ram’s partnership with the National Football League as the sport continues increasing in popularity around the world.
The NFL Edition is based on the R/T trim level, so it has a nice amount of standard features such as leather upholstery, full-time 4WD, and a low-speed transfer case.
NFL touches include a special bumper with dual exhaust with block chrome tips, logos on the hood and bed sides, and full-color badges on the front doors, and sporty hood stripes.
The interior features the NFL logo embroidered into red-accented bucket seats and bright-finished pedals.
This mid-size truck has a 2.0-liter turbo-four engine with 272 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque. The 2.2-liter four-cylinder diesel engine provides 200 hp and 332 lb-ft of torque.
I do know that America is getting a mid-size Ram truck. It will enter production in 2027 to be available in 2028. While we are left waiting and speculating, we will get to see tons of epic Rampage models in other countries.
