A dangerous South Dakota man is on the lam after breaking into an impound lot and stealing a truck. Police officers warn residents to not approach him if they see the man. Call 911 instead so law enforcement can respond.

Have you seen 21-year-old Travis Bullington in Brookings, South Dakota? If yes, then call the police. The Brookings County Sheriff’s Office needs help locating this dangerous man. 

Reportedly, Brookings gained entry to the locked impound lot on Redmond Road West in Aurora. Then he caused tons of damage. He forced his way into his 1997 Ford F-350, which was being stored. 

The truck was seized after a prior pursuit. Bullington drove the Ford truck through a fence, causing roughly $10,000 worth of damage. According to My KXLG, police officers are actively searching for Bullington and the stolen truck. 

The Sheriff’s Office shared that he has other outstanding arrest warrants related to a prior pursuit incident. He has been actively evading capture. 

If you see Bullington, do not approach him. Call 911 to allow police officers to quickly respond. Your safety is important as police work to apprehend this dangerous criminal.
