Multiple customers sued the CAVU eCommerce website for not disclosing mandatory service charges on its airport parking sites. The business settled the lawsuit for $425,000, which it’s splitting among past customers — but only ones who live in California.

CAVU eCommerce operates Airportparkingreservations.com and Airportparking.com. Multiple customers accused the company of not disclosing service fees, which goes against California’s Honest Pricing Law, Cal. Civ. Code § 1770(a)(29)(A). The company either worried it would lose the lawsuit or didn’t want to deal with the negative publicity, so it chose to settle the case outside of court.

Who qualifies for part of the payout

CAVU is paying out $425,000, split among all past customers who file a claim. The amount will depend on how much and how many service fees each customer paid.

If you are a California resident who used either site to pay for airport parking between July 1, 2024, and March 10, 2025, you may be entitled to part of the settlement. The lawsuit has a website where you can learn more about filing a claim.
