The pandemic has prompted more and more families to explore the world of RVing, which used to just be called camping. While you can still go camping in a tent, RVing encompasses many styles of recreational vehicles (RVs).

There are campers, motorhomes, pop-up campers, and travel trailers. The Alliance Paradigm 390MP is a fifth-wheel style trailer, which means you need a specific hitch and a truck to pull it, and it was voted a top 10 RV for 2021. It is easy to see why with all the cool features it has.

What made the Alliance Paradigm 390MP top-10 RV of 2021?

According to RV Business’s 2021 Top 10 RV’s The Paradigm 390MP consumer-driven features and the various functionality and value attributes Alliance added, is what put this RV in the top 10 this year.

One of the unique features it offers is a brand-new air conditioning system that is completely ductless, something the company claims no other RV has ever done. It has introduced a new level of efficiency and value into a luxury RV.

The other amazing thing about this RV, is that it is only the second model year for Alliance, a company created less than two years ago. The unique features, and particularly the consumer-driven features, are propelling this relatively new company toward the top in a short period of time.

What is equally impressive to all of this, is the fact that Alliance did all of this in the middle of a pandemic.

What makes the Alliance Paradigm 390MP an awesome camper?

The newest Paradigm 390MP is a 41-foot, 11-inch unit that has an office mid-coach, a rear u-shaped kitchen, a spacious living area, and a loft. It looks more like a condo than a trailer, with the kitchen even sporting an island.

RV Business also mentions that this towable home on wheels also featured an impressive amount of input from consumers, which is a key characteristic of the Paradigm line of RVs. It is specifically aimed at full-time or extended trip RVers.

There is even a fireplace. It has an impressive amount of innovative storage and is carpet-free, making it easy to clean. It has a chassis designed to support long-term use and a better livability factor. MSRP is in the low $90,000, which is comparable with other high-end, full-time RVs.

Re-imagining of RV air conditioners

Alliance wanted to take the typical air conditioning system, that uses ducts and is incredibly inefficient in such a small space. RV Business explained that after meeting with different vendors, the company developed a ductless air conditioning system that features three, very quiet, Coleman-Mach AC units, and is standard on all models.

You do not have to upgrade to get this new AC. It has gotten great reviews from customers, particularly those who are in places like Arizona, Florida, and Texas, where a good air conditioning system is imperative. One common complaint with traditional RV air conditioners is an inability to get the inside temperature below the outside temperature in a hot climate, such as Arizona.

If you are new to the art of RVing, or you have been doing it for years, the Paradigm 390MP is fabulous either way. While it is definitely a bit more of a fancy trailer than one for a family just taking the trailer out on weekends, it is a worthy value for full-time RVers. If you are going to live in an RV, you might as well do it in style.
