Sports utility vehicles are all about sizing up. Larger SUVs are ideal for big families and of course, carrying heavy-duty items. The ones with the most space are also pretty versatile when it comes to handling bumps and different weather conditions. We are highlighting the top five 2020 SUVs that offer the most cargo space from this year’s U.S. News and World Report list.

2020 Chevrolet Suburban

Starting price: $51,700

Maximum Cargo Space: 121.7 cubic ft.

U.S. News and World Report made a joke that the 2020 Chevrolet Suburban might offer more storage space than some college dorm rooms. Now in its 11th generation, the Suburban remains as one of the most desirable, full-size SUVs for carrying passengers and cargo. It can carry up to nine people, and the cargo capacity is huge. Powerful V8 engines also make the Surbanan a popular choice.

2020 Toyota Sequoia

Starting price: $49,980

Maximum Cargo Space: 120.1 cubic ft.

The Toyota Sequoia isn’t exactly known for innovation at this point, but its reliability factor and adaptability makes it a solid full-size SUV. For 2020, the design of the Sequoia inside and out is still very much the same. Nevertheless, this SUV is still pretty awesome because of its off-roading capability and its ample space for passengers and cargo.

2020 Ford Expedition

Starting price: $52,810

Maximum Cargo Space: 104.6 cubic ft.

Large interior space, power, and versatility﹣the Ford Expedition has it all. In 2020, you can now choose between the King Ranch model in its regular size or the larger Max body style. The Expedition can accelerate pretty quickly from its V6 engine. Its power ranges from 370 to 400 hp depending on the version you choose. The Expedition is a personal favorite of mine, and the U.S. News and World Report team have also selected it as its top pick in the large SUV model category.

2020 Lincoln Navigator

Starting price: $76,185

Maximum Cargo Space: 103.4 cubic feet

If you’re looking for a more luxurious version of the Ford Expedition, then the Lincoln Navigator might be exactly what you want. It has a 450 hp and turbocharged V6 engine, contributing to its ability to haul up to 8,600 pounds. The Lincoln’s car cabin is absolutely gorgeous. Its cabin features futuristic elements and a lush interior. In addition to its lavishness and cargo-hauling capability, the Lincoln is also celebrated for its high-tech features.

2020 Honda Passport

Starting price: $31,990

Maximum Cargo Space: 100.7 cubic ft.

The Honda Passport is an SUV you either love or hate. Even though it can only comfortably seat a maximum of five people, it offers ample cargo space. Passengers will appreciate the SUVs roomy interior and there are also some pretty convenient storage options for smaller items.  Some of the main complaints about the Passport though is the driver’s seat positioning and lack of support in the back. The Passport is powered by a reasonable 280-horsepower 3.5-liter V6 engine and nine-speed transmission.
