The Nissan Navara Previews New 2021 Frontier Style
We’ve seen the new Ford Bronco, We’ve taken a look at the new GMC Hummer EV, but we haven’t seen the 2021 Nissan Frontier. It’s been a long time since the Frontier got a brand new face and more. Now we finally have a preview of what’s to come thanks to the Nissan Navara.

We could know what the 2021 Nissan Frontier will look like since the Nissan Navara recently came out with its new look. The Nissan Navara is the cousin to the Frontier in other areas of the world, and it looks good.
According to CNET, the way that the 2021 Nissan Navara looks could foreshadow what to expect with the new Frontier. The Frontier is supposed to have a brand new look, but this style could be carried over.
Rumors have suggested that the new Frontier could look like a baby Nissan Titan, and this is the look that the Navara has. The front end and grille have a modern and smaller feel compared to the full-size Titan.
Also, we know that the Nissan Frontier will incorporate a less boxy look with new LED headlights and sportier sidelines like the Navara has. Plus, the Navara has the classic Frontier sport rack on top. The only thing the Navara is missing is a rear-end refresh.
What to expect with the 2021 Nissan Frontier
The 2020 Nissan Frontier already received mechanical upgrades that will be carried over to the 2021 model. It will have a 3.8-liter V6 engine with 310-hp and 281 lb-ft of torque. The towing specs haven’t been released for the 2021 Frontier, but the 2020 model can tow up to 6,720 lb.
Nissan has highlighted a new, strengthened rear axle, so the new model could have an increased towing and payload capacity. Plus, we expect a new off-roading Pro 4X trim to surface. It will rival the Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro and Chevy Colorado Bison.
The new Nissan Frontier should have a new steering rack, too, to make it more maneuverable. Inside the cab, you’ll find a brand new interior that could be more comfortable and more functional with improved storage areas.
Also, some of the most anticipated updates include new tech upgrades. A new infotainment center will have updated graphics, and there will probably be additional USB ports. Convenience features to expect include dual automatic climate control and a wireless charging pad.
Driver-assistance and safety features will include a new surround-view monitor, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assistance, and more. It doesn’t seem too far fetched to expect new off-roading driving modes as well.

It fills the need for a working truck that also functions as a comfortable daily driver. It has a smooth suspension but also has the chops for towing heavy loads and off-roading. Unlike the American Frontier, the Navara has a turbo diesel engine option and can be paired with a manual transmission.
