The Infiniti QX55 is something different from luxury SUVs. Unconventional SUV coupes with sloping rooflines are typically limited to expensive German luxury vehicles. However, the Infiniti QX55 is a more affordable option from a Japanese luxury brand. It has no direct rivals from Lexus or Acura, making it a unique offering on Infiniti dealer lots.

The Infiniti QX55 is mechanically similar to the more traditional QX50. However, you may notice that the QX55 has a higher starting price. That’s mainly because the QX55 has more standard features than the QX50, including all-wheel drive, a power moonroof, and leather seats.

Let’s look at the cost of the 2024 Infiniti QX55. We’ll also tell you what you can expect to pay for a fully loaded example.

How much is the 2024 Infiniti QX55?

The 2024 Infiniti QX55 has a starting MSRP of $50,000. That’s for the base Luxe trim. A 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with variable compression powers the QX55. Infiniti rates it at 268 hp and 280 lb-ft of torque. A CVT automatic transmission sends output to all four wheels.

Standard features include 20-inch dark painted and machine-finished alloy wheels, LED headlights, fog lights, and taillights, a power moonroof, a power liftgate, rear parking sensors, leather seats, sliding and reclining rear seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, dark aluminum interior trim, Android Auto, wireless Apple CarPlay, active noise cancellation, remote start, an auto-dimming mirror, and a universal garage door opener.

Infiniti gives the QX55 a nice list of standard safety features. A few include ProPilot Assist with adaptive cruise control and steering assist, automatic high beams, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, automatic emergency braking, and lane-keeping assist.

The mid-range Essential trim starts at $54,950. In addition to the standard features in the Luxe trim, it adds heated and cooled front seats, a heated steering wheel, a Bose Performance Series audio system, a 360-degree camera, navigation, an adaptive front lighting system, rain-sensing wipers, and front parking sensors.

How much does a fully loaded 2024 Infiniti QX55 cost?

The top Sensory trim of the QX55 begins at $58,500. Luxurious features at this trim level include semi-aniline leather seats, a hands-free power liftgate, heated rear seats, a head-up display, tri-zone climate control, enhanced interior ambient lighting, and black natural maple wood open-pore interior trim.

A couple of premium paint options available for an extra $900 include Radiant White and Dynamic Sunstone Red. When you add premium paint, a fully loaded QX55 costs $60,595. That includes the $1,195 destination fee.

Is the 2024 Infiniti QX55 worth it?

In the niche class of luxury SUV coupes, the Infiniti QX55 is the most affordable option. However, when you get into the upper trims, it’s priced comparably to well-equipped examples of the BMW X4, Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe, and Audi Q5 Sportback. If your budget is around $60,000, we’d recommend one of the more luxurious and engaging German options.

If you don’t have your heart set on the sporty roofline of an SUV coupe, more traditional SUVs like the Infiniti QX50 are more affordable and practical.
