Rear cross-traffic warning (RCTW) and automatic emergency braking (AEB) is also included. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) gave it mostly five stars on the crashworthiness tests, except for the rollover tests. If you aren’t into options from Ford and Toyota, the 2022 Jeep Wagoneer is another large SUV option. Brand-new for 2022, this Jeep SUV is actually a body-on-frame construction from the Ram 1500 pickup truck. Consumer Reports calls it a “super-comfortable, three-row cruise ship with a brawny powertrain and a well-finished cabin.”

With 392 hp from the 5.7L V8, the Wagoneer has enough power to move all eight passengers. Jeep equipped it with the same driver assistance features and room for eight.

The Nissan Armada is one of the best large SUVs with three rows

You might not have thought of the 2022 Nissan Armada when hunting for full-size SUVs, but it is worth a look. Consumer Reports gave the Armada high road test scores, but the predicted owner satisfaction and reliability were a bit below average. This is a good option for Nissan fans with a lot of extra room, though.

Nissan includes the usual driver assistance features on the Armada. It has a similar 5.6L V8 that returns 400 hp, which is enough to get the job done. Plus, it has room for eight passengers.

Don’t settle for a mediocre sport utility vehicle when you can get in a large SUV with three rows. Depending on how much room you need, the options on this list have room for seven or eight passengers and plenty of stuff.
