Other leaders in the EV truck domain like the Rivian R1T and GMC Hummer electric truck can also only hold five passengers.

It also has a 12-inch touchscreen and the ability to add on an extended-range battery, which will make driving distances with your kids less stressful – and reduce the number of times you have to stop to charge.

Higher 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning trim levels also add on even more family-friendly features, though of course, they’ll cost you. The Ford Lightning XLT It adds on front lighting, a 360-degree camera, and an interior work surface which can double as a coloring or homework space for younger kids. The XLT price starts at $52,974.There’s also the option for an extended range battery which makes the price $72,474.
