New vehicles come with more options than ever before. According to a PricewaterhouseCoopers report, cupholders were one of the most important factors potential buyers considered in a new car.

Cupholders have changed from being a simple accessory to being so crucial that companies are designing cars with as many as 19 cupholders. No matter how many beverages you have, the following three pickups will have room for your drinks.

3. Ford F-Series Super Duty

For the 2017 F-Series Super Duty, Ford included its patented four-barrel cupholder design, placed between the two front seats. This design allows the cupholder to double as storage. Since that cupholder can hold four drinks, it means the total number of cupholders in the F-Series Super Duty truck is 10.

With only five available seats, this means the driver and passengers of the F-Series Super Duty truck could easily hydrate with two drinks each. The F-Series Super Duty also comes with several engine options, which are coupled to Ford’s TorqShift-G automatic six-speed transmission.

Chassis cabs come with a choice of the V8 diesel and gas engine options, as well as a V10 6.8-liter gas engine option as well. One of the strengths of the F-Series Super Duty truck is its great towing and hauling ability.

2. Toyota Tacoma

The Toyota Tacoma pickup is a mid-size truck that comfortably seats five passengers but has 13 cupholders. Fitted with a 2.7-liter inline-four engine that produces 164 hp, this truck offers adequate fuel economy with a rating of 20 MPG city and 23 MPG highway.

The Toyota Tacoma offers many standard and user-friendly features, as well as great off-roading abilities. However, the engine’s power is a bit lackluster, and the truck’s ride is stiff. The truck’s interior has less headroom, which can affect a passenger’s comfort.

1. Nissan Titan XD

The Nissan Titan XD has five seats and 14 cupholders. This means all five passengers could have close to three drinks each. Aside from the cupholders, this compact pickup truck comes with two engine options: the V8 5.6-liter gas engine with 390 hp and automatic seven-speed transmission or a V8 5.0-liter diesel engine with automatic six-speed transmission.

When equipped properly, the Nissan Titan XD can tow up to 12,710 pounds when equipped properly, giving you a strong throttle response in the gas engine. Two available trims give you even more options. However, the truck’s trailer brake controller location could be better, and the rear cab doors do not open very wide.
