The DeLorean has a  2.85L V6 engine built by Peugeot-Renault-Volvo. This engine is attached to a five-speed manual transmission or a three-speed automatic transmission and puts out 130 hp and 153 lb-ft of torque. It can reach 60 mph in 8.8 seconds and has a top speed of 105 mph.
