Even if you’re not a die-hard Audi enthusiast, most people can still appreciate the high-performance, upscale nature of the Audi lineup of fast, luxurious vehicles. In recent weeks, Audi introduced its 2024 Audi Q4 e-tron SUV, the electrified, well-equipped and luxurious performer. Before you consider looking any further, though, you probably want to know how much one of these fully-loaded SUVs costs. Keep reading and learn more about the 2024 Audi Q4 e-tron, its features, its value, and its price tag.

The 2024 Audi Q4 e-tron’s price

You can start your 2024 Audi Q4 e-tron evaluation by reviewing the available trim levels. There are three pillar trim themes: the Premium, the Premium Plus, and the Prestige. Within each of those trim categories, you can choose from subcategories, including both the 40 e-tron and the 50 e-tron. Audi USA outlines the entry-level pricing for each trim and category as below:

  • Premium 40 – $49,800
  • Premium Plus 40 – $54,500
  • Premium 50 – $55,200
  • Premium Plus 50 – $59,900
  • Prestige 50 – $62,200

You can also choose between the traditional “square back” design for the 2024 Audi Q4 e-tron or the “swoopier Sportback,” as Car and Driver describes, outlining pricing below.

  • Sportback Premium 50 – $59,395
  • Sportback Premium Plus 50 – $64,095
  • Sportback Prestige 50 – $66,395

The entry-level Q4 e-tron comes with a single 201-hp electric motor powering the rear wheels. Bumping up the 50 models, you’ll have an electric motor powering each of the four axels and an all-wheel drive with 295 hp.

What features come with a fully loaded Audi Q4 e-tron?

Audi never cuts corners when it comes to equipping its entry-level vehicle introductions. And the 2024 Audi Q4 e-tron comes with loads of amenities and extras as standard. The 2024 Q4 e-tron gets a standard power tailgate, heated front seats, Audi MMI navigation plus, and the fully digital 10.25-inch Audi virtual cockpit. You’ll also enjoy extras, like adaptive cruise, Audi smartphone interface and wireless connectivity, and an LED interior lighting package.

Despite the attractive roster of standard equipment, Audi is equally impressive with the optional and available extras to fully load your Q4 e-tron to the hilt. You can add the Convenience package for $2,850 to add an alarm system, auto-dimming memory mirrors, dual-pane acoustic glass, and a wireless charging pad. Add a trailer hitch for $650. Fully loaded with all the available amenities, the 2024 Audi Q4 e-tron can push $70,000.

Is a fully loaded Audi e-tron worth it?

The 2024 Audi Q4 e-tron comes with a 77-kWh battery pack, providing up to 265 miles on a full charge. The Q4 e-tron also earned an IIHS Top Safety Pick Plus Award. It’s an electrified performance master with a tech-loaded cockpit and an amenities list that’s chock-full of high-end standard features. For the price points at each level, the Q4 e-tron offers a strong value proposition. And it might not have the chops to outpace Mercedes-Benz in luxury. But it can absolutely compete with the likes of the similarly priced Tesla SUV.

However, the fully loaded Q4 e-tron, with all the additional packages and extras, is going to make it an expensive buy right away. The industry critics suggest that the Premium Plus 50 and the Sportback Premium Plus 50 are the best buys. And those trims pack the biggest performance and luxury punch while still holding a competitive price point. They might just be the Q4 e-tron sweet spot.

If you’re starting your search for an electrified SUV with performance chops and luxury extras, you’ll find great value with the mid-level trims of the 2024 Audi Q4 e-tron. And while the fully loaded Q4 e-tron is ridiculously impressive, it’s also venturing into “expensive” territory and pricing itself out of the running with its competitors.
