Investment Guru Says Tesla Cybertruck Will Fail

The Tesla Cybertruck is a truck like no other. CEO Elon Musk and the hardworking folks at Tesla designed the most unique, mass-produced pickup in history. Not only does the Tesla Cybertruck look unlike any other truck, but it is also built differently from any other truck. The Cybertruck is a risk in many ways because it is so bold. According to investment guru Jim Cramer, the Cybertruck will be disastrous.

The Tesla Cybertruck may look futuristic, but does it actually have a future in the automotive industry? The electric truck is easily the most controversial Tesla model to exist because of its unique design. While most Tesla models are unique, this truck takes things to a whole new level, seemingly drawing design inspiration from Sci-Fi movies.

Tesla’s first electric pickup truck will not only have to prove itself as a new vehicle, but it will also have to compete against several other new electric pickup trucks coming to market, like the Ford F-150 Lightning. Tesla is still the new kid on the block, but automakers like Ford have decades of experience producing vehicles and pleasing customers.

According to InsideEVs, TV personality and investment guru, Jim Cramer thinks the Tesla Cybertruck is destined to fail before its release. Cramer calls the Cybertruck “ugly” and believes that only true fans of the brand will buy the Cybertruck. He went on to predict that the Tesla Cybertruck would be Elon Musk’s first disaster.

Jim Cramer called the Tesla Cybertruck an “eyesore” and expressed that he would much prefer the Ford F-150 Lightning electric truck. Jim Cramer is the host of CNBC’s Mad Money. He is also a former hedge manager. Jim’s opinion on the Cybertruck doesn’t necessarily mean that the truck will flop over time. His opinion does, however, reflect the sentiments of those who disapprove of the truck’s innovative design.
