The 2024 trucks are rolling out. One of the most notable is the Ram 1500. The brand has always been a fierce competitor in the full-size truck segment. But as with almost everything else in today’s market, prices on new trucks are rising. Finding the best value means choosing the right trim, powertrain, amenities, and extras for what you need within your budget. But you might also wonder what a fully loaded 2024 Ram 1500 costs. We’ll do the math, and then you can decide which Ram 1500 trim best fits you.

Because trucks are so versatile, facing a full menu of configurations, trims, packages, accessories, and other options is not uncommon. 2024 Ram 1500 buyers can build the truck they want without paying for amenities they don’t need. Using the Ram Trucks online configurator, you’ll see the first choice is one of these trims at the following starting MSRPs:

  • Tradesman Quad Cab – $38,570
  • Tradesman HFE Quad Cab – $40,210
  • Big Horn Quad Cab – $44,030
  • Laramie Crew Cab – $54,030
  • Rebel Crew Cab – $58,745
  • Limited Longhorn Crew Cab – $61,340
  • Limited Crew Cab – $65,205

These new Ram 1500 trucks are roomy, quiet, and loaded with tech. There are electrified eTorque systems on the available engines, too. The base powerplant is a 305 hp 3.6-liter V6. But the Limited packs a 395-hp 5.7-liter V8. And the now-dead TRX boasts a 702-hp 6.2-liter supercharged V8. Meanwhile, the Rebel brings more off-road chops, whereas the Laramie introduces more luxurious amenities. But what would a fully loaded 2024 Ram 1500 cost?

How much is a fully loaded 2024 Ram 1500 truck?

To build a fully loaded 2024 Ram 1500, start with the most expensive trim, the Limited. Adding the largest available cab, longest bed, and four-wheel drive brings the price to $69,355, according to the Ram Trucks build tool. But there’s more.

Add the Bed Utility Group ($545), the Body-Color Bumper Group ($295), and the Elite Package ($2,145). The last brings adjustable cargo tie hooks, bright pedals, and a multi-functional tailgate. This dream Ram 1500 is now up to $72,340. Then add the Limited Level 1 Equipment Group and the Night Edition, tacking on another $4,995 and $4,245.

Additionally, there’s a Trailer-Tow Group package for $1,195 and an Off-Road Group package for $1,245. For our build, we also chose the most expensive exterior color, Ivory White Tri-Coat Pearl-Coat, for $795. Chrome power-folding mirrors add another $445, and the 22-inch polished/painted wheels add $2,095.

After adding all the available extras Ram offers, a fully loaded 2024 Ram 1500 comes to $82,255. Tack on destination fees, tax, title, and licensing, and you’re looking at an $85,000 pickup.

This trim level might be the best value

OK, maybe your 2024 Ram 1500 configuration doesn’t need every bell and whistle. You can find incredible value with a lower trim level without adding the bedliner, the sunroof, the fancy rims, and the other enhancements. For instance, the mid-range Laramie touts plenty of upscale treatments. Or if off-roading capabilities are more important, the Rebel is a workhorse at a step above the entry-level Tradesman.

Overall, the 2024 Ram 1500 is an excellent full-size truck with copious options. Configuring what you need shouldn’t be difficult, given all the choices. And if you decide you want to go all-in with a fully loaded version, prepare to spend upward of $85,000.
