The one-day course was developed with the help of Ford Performance Engineers. You will receive classroom instruction and hands-on driving assistance for tackling rock crawling, side-hilling, descending inclines, and Baja runs.

Will Ford, Ford Performance General Manager, explained that the goal is for owners from novices to off-roading veterans to experience to full capability of the Ranger Raptor and to understand the passion and attention to detail that Ford engineers put into developing it. 

While the Ranger starts at $34,263, the Ranger Raptor takes the price up to $57,065. It costs about $22,802 to upgrade but you go from 270 hp and 310 lb-ft of torque to 315 hp and 400 lb-ft of torque. 

Other Ranger Raptor upgrades include 33-inch BFGoodrich KO3 all-terrain tires, protective skid plates, a 10.7-inch ground clearance, a 3.5-inch widened track, 2.5-inch Fox live valve shocks, a coil-over suspension setup, front/rear locking differentials and piggyback reservoirs. 

The drive modes include Normal, Tow/Haul, Sport, Slippery, Off-Road, Rock Crawl, and Baja. This wild truck is designed to dominate any terrain.
