The Toyota Avalon received a full redesign for 2019. So it now boasts better handling and styling updates to both the interior and the exterior. According to Consumer Reports, the 2020 Toyota Avalon has 2 active recalls.
The first 2020 Toyota Avalon recall is for an issue with the steering column. The other recall is due to a problem with the gasoline delivery by the fuel pump in the fuel system. Owners of recalled models can contact their dealer for how to proceed. Potential buyers of the 2020 Toyota Avalon shouldn’t be too worried about the recalls, as Consumer Reports still recommends this model. In addition, this Toyota sedan also has a 5 out of 5 score for consumer satisfaction.

Another model recommended by Consumer Reports is the 2020 Toyota RAV4. While it did get a 3 out of 5 for predicted reliability, it’s still in the top 10 of 17 compact SUVs reviewed. The 2020 Toyota RAV4 also has 5 recalls.
According to Consumer Reports, the recalls include the same two that the 2020 Avalon is a part of. Plus, there are recalls for problems with the electric power-assist system for the steering, a control arm in the suspension, and an engine coolant leak. Still, the 2020 Toyota RAV4 received a 4 out of 5 for consumer satisfaction.

The 2020 Toyota Sienna is not recommended by Consumer Reports. It also has a 3 out of 5 predicted reliability score. The 2020 Toyota Sienna also has two recalls. However, it maintains a 4 out of 5 score for consumer satisfaction. Minivans are hard to be mad about.
