Ram joins forces with Bono’s (RED) foundation with the uniquely styled Ram 1500 Limited (RAM) RED Edition. Ram, along with Jeep and Fiat, pledged to donate at least $4 million to the Global Fund to fight pandemics and health emergencies with the (RED) foundation.

In addition to Ram, Jeep, and Fiat, (RED) partners with many other prominent brands and people to create (RED) products and experiences. All of these products and experiences raise money for the Global Fund. Other brand partners of (RED) include Apple, Starbucks, Amazon, Vespa, Beats by Dr. Dre, and Louis Vuitton.

Since its inception in 2006, (RED) raised nearly $700 and helped more than 200 million people. The funds go toward communities that have been hit the hardest by pandemics. Bono called the (RED) partnership with Ram, Jeep, and Fiat “a power shot in the arm” to fight pandemics and “the complacency that fuels them.”

“I’m here to sell an idea that unless this pandemic is defeated everywhere, no one is safe anywhere. I’m not sure it’s clear that people realize that it’s not an act of charity to get vaccines out to people who live on the other side of the world. It’s enlightened self-interest.”

– Bono, U2 frontman and co-founder of (RED)
