You’ll notice in this 2024 Honda CR-V trim lineup the all-new Sport-L Hybrid trim. It joins the ranks between the turbocharged EX-L and the high-end Sport Touring. This new hybrid trim brings elevated features and extras, a great match for that impeccable fuel economy.

As Honda describes, the 2024 Honda CR-V Sport-L Hybrid harnesses the 2.0-liter L4 with the two-motor hybrid system, harnessing 204 hp. And with its position at the upscale end of the trims, it comes with bells and whistles you’ll love, too. At this new trim level, enjoy leather seats throughout the SUV, a power tailgate, and wireless smartphone charging capabilities. 

Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are additionally standard too. And as Car and Driver points out, there’s also a 9.0-inch infotainment screen, which is two inches larger than that of the Sport trim. An eight-speaker audio platform outpaces the regular Sport’s six-speaker system.

The CR-V Sport-L Hybrid also features black exterior accents for a sharp, distinctive appearance. There are also Berlina Black 18-inch wheels and rectangular exhaust finishes. It may start at a higher MSRP of $36,350, but you’re getting the upscale extras you’d expect for an elevated experience. 

What else is new with this version of the CR-V

Industry critics are already applauding the 2024 Honda CR-V Sport-L Hybrid for its rugged designs, attractive extras, and hybrid iterations. And the fuel efficiency ratings are far more impressive than CR-Vs of years past, as well. The CR-V has come a long way as Honda continues to make significant improvements that speak directly to customer preferences. 

The stance is wider, and the wheelbase is longer than the sixth-gen 2023. When the new designs were launched last year, the 2023 CR-V measured 184.8 inches in length. This new 2024 CR-V measures 185 inches in length.
