Consider the Alfa Romeo Stelvio as the compact luxury SUV for those who put a premium on style and performance over practicality and the latest and greatest in technology. The Stelvio, introduced for the 2017 model year, has continued to be a bit of a left-field choice among the BMW X3s, Mercedes GLCs, and Acura RDXs against which it competes. However, for those seeking Italian flair in a compact SUV, the Stelvio fits the bill. So, how much can shoppers expect to pay for the Stelvio, both in its base form and with all the bells and whistles? Here’s how much a 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio could cost you.

The 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio is available in 6 models starting at $44,775

The 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio has received some minor tweaks. Its front fascia has been revamped with altered intakes flanking the “trefoil” grille, the headlights sport a more aggressive style with LED matrix tech and triple accent lights, and the taillights wear a revised style. Inside, the dash is highlighted by a new 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster.

The 2024 Stelvio is available in six trims — the base Sprint, Ti, Veloce, Competizione, Quadrifoglio, and Quadrifoglio 100th Anniversary — with prices starting at $44,775 MSRP. However, the 100th Anniversary models are no longer available.

Most models are powered by a 2.0-liter turbo-four cranking out 280 horsepower and 306 lb-ft of torque paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission, a drivetrain shared with the Giulia sedan. The base Sprint model comes with rear-wheel drive with available all-wheel drive. All other models are exclusively AWD.

Standard exterior features include 18-inch wheels, power-folding and heated side mirrors, a power liftgate, keyless entry with push-button start, rain-sensing wipers, and the aforementioned LED matrix headlights. Inside, the Stelvio sports leather upholstery, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front and rear seats, and a heated steering wheel. An 8.8-inch touchscreen is embedded into the dash with navigation, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and SiriusXM connectivity. Wireless charging and an eight-speaker audio system are also standard.

All models have forward automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, automatic high beams, front and rear parking sensors, and blind spot warning with cross-traffic alert.

The most expensive Stelvio is already sold out

Alfa Romeo announced in June its limited run of Stelvio Quadrifoglio 100th Anniversary models, created to mark the automaker’s century of production, sold out. As such, the current top trim of the 2024 Stelvio is the performance-tuned Quadrifoglio, which starts at $86,850 MSRP.

The Quadrifoglio ups the performance ante significantly with its 2.9-liter, twin-turbo V6 developing 505 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque connected to a tuned eight-speed automatic. This range-topping Stelvio also sports a more aggressive appearance, a torque-vectoring rear differential, adaptive suspension, high-performance Brembo brakes, an adjustable exhaust system, and performance tires wrapped around 21-inch wheels.

Inside, the Quadrifoglio wears carbon fiber trim, sport front seats, a leather-wrapped dash and door panels, a 14-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, and upgraded leather upholstery.

Options and accessories for the 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio

Limited optional packages are available for the 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio, so buyers should shop around the trim levels to find which model best suits their desires.

All models offer added-cost exterior paint options ranging from $330 to $2,200 for the Verde Montreal Tri-Coat, available exclusively on the Quadrifoglio. Only Alfa White is available on the lower three models at no cost.

The base Sprint model’s 18-inch wheels can be upgraded to 19-inch units for $1,100, and gloss red calipers with white “Alfa Romeo” lettering are available for an additional $650. Upgraded “sport leather” seats are a $1,000 option and can be decked out in dark red for an additional $600. A dual-pane sunroof is a $1,350 add-on. Lastly, all-wheel drive for the Sprint trim costs an extra $2,000.

Other available packages, available dependent on trim, include the Active Assist Plus Package ($700) that adds additional active safety features, or the $2,225 Premium Interior and Sound Package’s 14-speaker Harman Kardon audio system and leather dash/door panels (standard in the Quadrifoglio).

Those looking for the ultimate luxe and athletic 2024 Stelvio should expect to pay just under six figures. A Quadrifoglio model with all available options, including the priciest exterior paint, optional wheels, red brake calipers, Sparco leather/Alcantara race seats, and a dual-pane sunroof, rings in at $97,165.
