The Corolla Cross gets 32 miles per gallon combined. The Cross Hybrid achieves 37 miles per gallon combined.
The Corolla Cross Hybrid is both quicker and more fuel-efficient than the Corolla Cross. According to Motor1, it even comes with standard all-wheel drive. Expect to pay anywhere between $25K and $27K for the hybrid subcompact SUV.
The Corolla Cross is considered the worst Toyota SUV by many because of the accolades of its fellow Toyota SUVs. The SUV wasn’t destined to become as popular as the RAV4 or as capable as the Highlander. Its hybrid version has a shot at greatness. The Corolla Cross Hybrid’s fuel economy will be especially appealing as Americans endure rising gas prices and search for solutions.
Is the Corolla Cross Hybrid bigger than the RAV4?
The Toyota Corolla Cross is 175.6 inches long and 71.9 inches wide. It’s 64.8 inches tall. Assuming the Corolla Cross Hybrid is the same size as its gas-powered sibling, it is smaller than the RAV4.
The Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid may even be a better buy than the RAV4 for some consumers. It has better fuel economy and should be within the same price range.
