Hyundai’s Kona Electric comes in three configurations: SE, SEL, and Limited. Every configuration has the same standard powertrain system and driving range. Aside from the Chevy Bolt EUV, the Kona Electric and Kia Niro EV are the best subcompact electric SUVs for the money, respectively. The upcoming discontinuation of the Bolt EUV makes the Kona Electric more relevant than ever before. The Hyundai Kona and Kona Electric are getting completely redesigned for 2024. The subcompact SUVs will be larger and have more futuristic exteriors. Hyundai’s subcompact electric SUV is positioned to compete at the top of its segment for years to come.
