Billie Eilish, a cultural phenomenon and celebrated singer, has quite the car collection. In fact, her collection encompasses everything from an exceedingly sensible Mazda5 to a striking, world-class McLaren 600LT. However, one car in Eilish’s repertoire fits her style and bold sound more than anything else: a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat

Billie Eilish has a history with the Dodge Challenger. A cursory internet search reveals images of the superstar posing with a black-clad example. However, Eilish also owns a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, per The Sun.

What makes the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat a fitting addition to Billie Eilish’s collection?

Reportedly, Billie Eilish always wanted a Challenger SRT model. However, with a supercharged 6.2L Hellcat V8 under the hood, the Challenger model is a special edition to Eilish’s garage. When the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat first rolled off the line as a 2015 model, it blew a hole in the horsepower wars.

With 707 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque on tap, the nearly 4,500-lb Hellcat could shift its considerable weight to 60 mph in 3.6 seconds on its way to an 11.7-second quarter mile. That’s quick enough to contend with Corvettes and the savagely powerful S197 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500s of the day.

It’s a fitting vehicular companion for the artist behind emotionally stirring pieces like “when the party’s over” and “bad guy.” Of course, Billie Eilish is also the voice that brought the latest James Bond intro theme to the screen. Again, it’s a prime pairing for the vocalist. Any time spent listening to the Hellcat will reveal a layered soundtrack; a bassy V8 harmonizes with a shrill, manic supercharger that whines its song. From an auditory standpoint, the supercharged V8 is a perfect match for one of the most popular singers of today.

How much is a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat?

Unlike Billie Eilish’s McLaren 600LT, a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat is an attainable ride. An early SRT Hellcat has a value of around $32,000 with average mileage. Moreover, a savvy shopper could find a 2015 low-mile model for closer to $50,000.
