Minus freight costs and taxes, you can get a new 2023 Toyota Tacoma for as little as $28,600 if you purchase the SR trim. The base four-cylinder engine generates a meager 159 hp and 180 lb-ft of torque, allowing the truck to tow 3,500 pounds. For more power, you can upgrade to a V6 producing 278 hp and 265 lb-ft of torque. With the tow package, Tacoma trims with the V6 can pull 6,400 pounds.
The Toyota Tacoma SR can be optioned with an Access or Double cab, both of which feature a composite cargo bed with movable cleats.
