The award-winning Chrysler Pacifica‘s design makes this minivan a favorite among active families. Not only does the Pacifica offer plenty of room, but it also delivers impressive driving dynamics. Boasting a makeover for 2021, the Chrysler Pacifica now offers more standard features. The improved exterior styling and interior upgrades make this versatile vehicle a leader in its class.

And many of its advanced features prioritize occupant comfort. The driver commands the cabin’s controls, making sure all passengers are safe and comfortable. The Chrysler Pacifica also offers several unique features created with Fido in mind, ensuring your furry friends also enjoy the ride.

The Chrysler Pacifica is dog-friendly

Whether you’re taking your pet to the park, to the vet, or on your next adventure, the 2021 Chrysler Pacifica has you covered. Unlike some other vehicles, this minivan can handle traveling with a pet.

In fact, the Chrysler Pacifica tops the U.S. News list “12 Best Cars for Dogs in 2021.” The publication praises this vehicle and others for their “easy-to-clean seats, a flat cargo area, automatic climate control, and even built-in vacuums.”

The 2021 Chrysler Pacifica stands out for its accessibility. The power-sliding doors and low load floor provide easy access for dogs that have a hard time jumping up into higher vehicles.

Another feature that makes the Pacifica four-legged-friendly is the standard automatic climate control system that allows the driver to control all three zones with ease. The Stow ‘n Go seats and customizable seating plan also provide plenty of storage for all your pets’ needs.

And the cargo area includes a carpet for your pet’s ultimate comfort, plus a lightweight, collapsible kennel. The top-level Limited trim boasts a built-in vacuum, along with a camera that provides the driver with an overhead view of the back seats. Your pet will ride in style in the 2021 Chrysler Pacifica.

Other dog-friendly contenders on the U.S. News list are the 2021 Subaru Outback, Volvo V60, Kia Telluride, and Toyota Sienna. The Tesla Model 3 is the only sedan on the list, mainly because of its innovative dog mode.

The Chrysler Pacifica provides plenty of room for kids, pets, and adults

The 2021 Chrysler Pacifica is easier to get into compared to an SUV. There’s also plenty of cargo space. You’ll get 87.5 cubic feet with the third row folded for carrying groceries, pet supplies, your kids’ sporting gear, and personal items. And when the fold-flat second-and third-row seats are fully retracted, there’s a remarkable 140.5 cubic feet of cargo space, Edmunds reports.

Edmunds also notes this “minivan for every man (and woman)” boasts a comfortable cabin with “plenty of room for knees.”

New trim levels offer more standard features than previous models

The Chrysler Pacifica Touring is the entry-level trim with a starting price of $36,690. Car and Driver recommends the mid-range Touring L trim that “offers the best mix of features and value as it adds a host of additional features over the base Touring model.”

Those features include quilted leather upholstery with pillows and heated front seats, adding a touch of luxury to your ride. Interior wood accents, 18-inch wheels, and a faster processing infotainment system are welcome additions to this popular minivan.

There are plenty of configurations to meet the needs of dogs, kids, parents, and anyone else who wants a ride in this family-friendly vehicle.
