Cargo space is one of the most important features people look for when buying a vehicle. While plenty of cars offer decent cargo space at affordable prices, SUVs are quickly becoming a popular choice for drivers looking to max out on available cargo space without purchasing a minivan. SUVs prove it’s possible to have all the cargo space you need in a luxurious package. The following luxury SUVs offer some of the most cargo space in 2019.

2019 Toyota Land Cruiser

The 2019 Toyota Land Cruiser seats eight. There is plenty of storage space in the rear of the vehicle as well as many standard features, like plenty of cup holders, a large glove box, and door bins, that help keep your every day items stores and organized. The center sliding armrest also hides a deep refrigerated cubby.

The second and third row seats fold down, offering several options for seating and storage arrangements. All together there is 82 cubic feet of available cargo space with the second and third row seats folded.

Although Car and Driver calls the 2019 Toyota Land Cruiser “one of the most competent SUVs ever made,” it still has some flaws that affect its overall rating with drivers. The third-row seats have limited legroom, which can be an issue for adults seated in the back.

2019 Infiniti QX60

The 2019 Infiniti QX60 is a step up from the Toyota Land Cruiser for those looking for a slightly more luxurious ride. The QX60 offers 16 cubic feet of space behind the third-row seats, and, according to U.S. News, has above-average cargo space for its class. There is generous legroom for all the passengers, even those in the third-row, an exceptional feature for the QX60.

The standard cargo space can be combined with the split-folding second and third row seats to create a variety of storage and seating solutions. The QX60 comes standard with a hands-free power lift gate, making it even easier to load and unload the vehicle.

2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE

A solid choice in its segment the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE offers 38.2 cubic feet of cargo space with all its seats occupied. The available cargo space more than doubles to 80.3 cubic feet with the split-folding second and third row seats.

Although the 2019 GLE can only seat five people, the 2020 version will have the option to seat up to seven. The driver and passenger seats have ample room making for a comfortable ride. Although the 2019 GLE doesn’t offer top notch fuel economy, it does provide an extremely luxurious feel inside and out and provides enough cargo space for those who want a luxurious vehicle with plenty of space.
