The Toyota Sequoia is the automaker’s largest and most expensive SUV since the Land Cruiser’s discontinuation in the U.S. market — though the latter will be returning to American shores again. So, how much can car shoppers expect to pay for a new Toyota Sequoia, both at its base level and in its top trim with add-ons? Here’s how much a 2024 Toyota Sequoia costs.

The 2024 Toyota Sequoia starts at $60,875 MSRP

The Toyota Sequoia was given a facelift for the 2023 model year, so it rides into 2024 with minor updates, including an optional Nightshade exterior appearance package. The TRD Off-Road package is also now available on the mid-range Platinum model.

Five trims are available for the 2024 Sequoia, with the base SR5 model starting at $60,875 MSRP. All models are powered by Toyota’s iForce Max Hybrid powertrain, a twin-turbocharged 3.4-liter V6 paired with an electric motor for a total output of 437 horsepower and 583 lb-ft of torque. The hybrid setup pairs with a 10-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard on most models, with four-wheel drive available on all but the TRD Pro, which is exclusively 4WD.

The SR5 is generously equipped as standard. Exterior features include 18-inch wheels, LED front exterior lights, roof rails, heated and power-folding exterior mirrors, keyless entry, and a power moonroof. The cabin sports tri-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, an 8-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, push-button start, a digital gauge cluster, and an eight-speaker sound system.

Standard safety features and driver aids include a surround-view monitor, front and rear parking sensors, automatic forward emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane departure mitigation with lane-keep assist, automatic high beams, blind spot warning with rear cross-traffic alert, and road sign recognition.

The Sequoia TRD Pro tops the range at $78,710 MSRP

The TRD Pro serves as the top 2024 Toyota Sequoia trim, with prices starting at $78,810, slightly more than the Capstone’s $77,865 base price.

The TRD Pro comes with 4WD as standard and a host of off-road kit. All-terrain upgrades include an electronic locking rear differential, a front skid plate, a TRD front stabilizer bar, Fox front coilovers with rear reservoir shocks, and a unique grille with an integrated light bar. Other upgrades include TRD-specific 18-inch wheels, dual exhaust, a TRD leather steering wheel, “technical camo” pattern synthetic leather seats, and a unique dashboard badge.

The TRD Pro also gets more upscale cabin amenities like heated and ventilated front seats, wireless charging, a 14-inch touchscreen, a 14-speaker JBL sound system, and more.

Options and accessories for the 2024 Toyota Sequoia

The 2024 Toyota Sequoia can be had with a host of options, and numerous packages are available, depending on trim. That starts with four-wheel drive for an additional $2,575.

A total of 12 packages are available for the SR5 model, ranging in price from $2,195 to $5,470. Several SR5 Premium packages are available. These include a 14-inch touchscreen, synthetic leather seats, a power-folding third row, a hands-free liftgate, and dual 120V ports. The TRD Sport Package includes 20-inch alloy wheels, Bilstein shocks, and other kit from the TRD Pro model. Several additional options can be packaged with the SR5 Premium or TRD Sport feature list, allowing buyers to further upgrade the SR5.

Limited models are available with some standalone features like second-row captain’s chairs ($350) and a panoramic roof ($500). Several additional packages with a 14-speaker JBL sound system and wireless charging are available.

Platinum buyers can opt for power-extending running boards ($1,005), a 10-inch head-up display ($600), or an air suspension ($1,045), which is also available in the Capstone model.

As the top model, the TRD Pro can be had with limited options. They include power-extending tow mirrors ($290), a panoramic roof ($500), or a package combining the two add-ons for $790. Several accessories, from a dashcam to a multimedia screen protector, are also available.
