In the first quarter of 2023, the Ford F-Series outsold other vehicles in this segment. Ford was able to move 170,377 units, which is a 21.09% increase from the same point last year. In comparison, Chevy sold 126,992 units, putting it in second place. Meanwhile, the Ram 1500 took third place.
Folks seem to love the Ford F-150
With the number of trims and configurations available to the F-150, it’s no surprise that it has become so popular. Whether you want a V8 engine or a more efficient turbocharged option, you can likely get it with this full-size truck.

Plus, according to Car and Driver, the estimated fuel economy is 25 mpg city and 26 mph highway. That might be enough to sell folks on the viability of a hybrid truck.
