About the latest 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5

The 2023 Ioniq 5 is an EV built on Hyundai’s Electric-Global Modular Platform (E-GMP). It’s designed for electric vehicles, allowing for a flat floor and long wheelbase, providing more cabin space. The Ioniq 5 has a range of up to 300 miles on a full charge and can charge up to 80% in only 18 minutes using a fast charger, making it convenient for drivers in a hurry to rope-drop their favorite Disney theme park.

The crossover SUV offers two battery sizes: 58 kWh or 77.4 kWh. The larger provides a longer range, ideal for drivers with longer commutes or road trips to, say, Disneyland or Disney World. The Ioniq 5 also has a choice between two drivetrains: rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. AWD provides better traction and handling on slippery roads.
