Can someone tell Batman that his compact electric SUV is ready? Seriously, the new Hyundai Ioniq N NPX1 concept has enough black-on-black to fit in with the fleet of Batmobiles in the Batcave. Anyway, check out what the Hyundai Ioniq 5 N NPX1 can do.

The Hyundai Ioniq 5 N NPX1 concept is the latest way for Hyundai to showcase the thrilling performance that the award-winning Ioniq 5 has to offer.

Just a few months ago, the athletic Hyundai Ioniq 5 with true racing upgrades debuted. Now the NPX1 incorporates even more enhancements, including a sinister look that stole everyone’s attention at the Tokyo Auto Salon.

The blacked-out features are paired with an extreme aero kit to bolster an aggressive style with performance upgrades. The front bumper was restyled to include unique air intakes and a carbon fiber front splitter with veins that extend above the front wheel arches.

Plus, the skid skirts were redesigned. The N NPX1 rides on hybrid carbon wheels wrapped in Pirelli P Zero tires. Also, it has enhanced brake pads and lowering springs. The rear has a larger, attractive spoiler and a diffuser.

The interior was kept hidden from view, but it reportedly includes a racing-oriented style with bucket seats and Alcantara upholstery. We don’t think Hyundai would skimp on the value, so it’s safe to expect accent lighting, carbon fiber trim, and other luxurious amenities.

Over-the-air (OTA) updates will be available to provide Cotusom settings for vehicle sound and vehicle calibration.

It’s unclear if the N NPX! Is faster than the the N model. But it sounds like it has the same powertrain that pumps out 641 hp and can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in about 3.1 seconds. The Ioniq 5 N has a top speed of 162 mph.

The Ioniq 5 N has 11 torque distribution levels, an electronic limited-slip differential, wheel dampening sensors, reinforced integrated drive axles, and other racing upgrades that look better in black.

Rejoice because the Ioniq 5 N and NPX1 models are coming to America. They should start to pop up at dealerships in the Spring.

Pricing for the Ioniq 5 N could start around $60,000 and the NPX1 could cost a few thousand extra due to the body kit and other upgrades.
