The F-Series is the world’s most popular truck lineup. It includes not only the best-selling F-150 but also commercial models like the F-650 and F-750. Here’s a look at the Blue Oval’s biggest pickup truck and how much a fully loaded 2024 Ford F-750 costs.

What comes standard on the 2024 Ford F-750 base model?

Ford sells two 2024 F-750 trims. The base model is the SD Gas Straight Frame. Starting at just under $70,000, it has a 7.3-liter V8 engine producing 335 hp and 468 lb-ft of torque. It boasts upgrades that improve its towing capability and durability.

The base model has a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 26,000 to 29,000 pounds. Its front axle weight tops out at 10,000 pounds, while the rear axle weight maxes out at 21,000 pounds.

As for comfort and convenience features, the truck doesn’t have much compared to the consumer-favorite F-150. The F-750 has air conditioning, steering wheel-mounted controls, and an AM/FM radio.

In terms of cab options, it comes standard with a 114.4-inch Regular Cab BBC. Ford offers two other cab options: the 135.4-inch SuperCab BBC and the 149.9-inch Crew Cab BBC.

Because the F-750 is intended for commercial use, it doesn’t have a standard truck bed. Instead, businesses can attach whatever they need to the back of the truck as long as it falls within the F-750’s weight limit.

Here’s what comes with a fully loaded 2024 Ford F-750 trim and how much it costs

The most expensive F-750 is the SD Diesel Straight Frame. Starting at almost $80,000, it has similar features to the standard model. The main difference between the two is under the hood. As the trim name implies, this truck packs a diesel engine instead of the standard gas power plant.

The 6.7-liter V8 turbodiesel makes 270 hp and 700 lb-ft of torque. That’s 65 fewer horses but over 230 lb-ft of torque more than the standard gas engine. Ford also offers two optional versions of the diesel engine. The first generates 300 hp and 725 lb-ft of torque, while the other harnesses 330 hp and 750 lb-ft of torque.

In addition, the diesel truck has the same cab configurations as the gas version. However, the specs are generally better thanks to the diesel engine. It has a standard GVWR of 31,000 to 37,000 pounds. Its axle weights are the same as the gas version with the standard configuration, but they can be upgraded with options.

Because of those upgrades, a fully loaded 2024 Ford F-750 costs over $80,000.

Thanks to optional upgrades, the F-750 can hold plenty of weight

Owners can ultimately push the F-750’s axle weights to 14,000 pounds on the front and 26,000 pounds on the rear. That’s much higher than the standard version’s max axle weights. Similarly, the diesel truck’s GVWR can be upgraded to 50,000 pounds — higher than the standard version’s 37,000 pounds.

Ford also offers an optional air suspension system for the F-750 diesel. However, the automaker doesn’t list the prices for these upgrades. Shoppers must request a quote.
