We’re excited because the 2022 Infiniti Q60 just upped the ante with the addition of wireless Apple CarPlay. This feature is standard across all models and provides more convenience than expected.

Instead of taking the time to plug your phone in, you can get in and go. Apple CarPlay will automatically connect to the center console to display navigation, music, and plenty of other apps.

Android users aren’t left out. You still get USB-based Android Auto. You have access to illuminated USB-A and USB-C ports. That’s right. We said illuminated. The ports actually light up.

The Bose Performance Sound series sound system with Bose Centerpoint surround signal process comes standard on the Q60 LUXE and RED SPORT 400. It includes 13 speakers, and notes are filtered through polished metal speaker grilles to enhance music quality and interior aesthetics.

But if you want to keep things quiet, don’t worry. All Infiniti Q60 models feature advanced Active Noise Cancellation technology for a peaceful ride.

Does the 2022 Q60 Coupe have an enhanced interior?

Yes, the 2022 Infiniti Q60 coupe received elegant interior upgrades. The Q60 LUXE and Q60 RED SPORT 400 come with standard semi0aniline leather-appointed seats.

With the RED SPORT 400, you can opt for Gallery White leather with red or grey stitching. Graphite leather with red stitching or dynamic Monaco Red with Black accents and stitching are available too.

Infiniti Q60 RED SPORT 400 models also gained Dark Chrome exterior accents and Matte Black Carbon Fiber interior trim.

New exterior colors include Pure White, Black Obsidian, Graphite Snow, Midnight Black, Majestic White, Grand Blue, and the stunning shade of Dynamic Sunstone Red.

How does the Infiniti Q60 perform?

The Infiniti Q60 is powered by the award-winning VR-series 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine that generates 300 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque. With the Q60 RED SPORT 400, the power is increased to 400 hp and 350 lb-ft of torque.

The powertrain is paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission with a manual shift mode. With INFINITI’s Intelligent All-Wheel Drive system, 50 percent of the power can be rerouted to the front wheels.

This enhances road-holding and all-weather grip as needed. However, when possible, the system drives the power to the rear wheels with 100 percent of the engine’s available power for a classic sports-coupe type drive.

There are two different suspension options. Infiniti Q60 models come standard with a four-wheel independent suspension system with front aluminum double wishbones and a rear multilink configuration.

Dual flow path shocks are used with each wheel, and 2.65-mm front and 20-mm rear stabilizer bars confidently conquer the road while cornering. The RED SPORT $00 has a Dynamic Digital Suspension that includes adaptive dampers to continuously adjust for ideal performance.

You can expect 2022 Infiniti Q60 models to arrive this fall. The PURE base model begins at $41,750, and you can add AWD for $2,000. The Q60 RED SPORT 400 increases the price to $58,200 but includes more than enough luxury and performance upgrades.
