Wyoming drivers keep spotting the ‘Crazy White Honda Lady’ in the wild

In Cheyenne, many drivers are now keeping an eye out for a particular white Honda Civic LX. No, the car itself isn’t rare. The woman behind the wheel, now widely referred to online as the “Crazy White Honda Lady,” has become known for her repeated confrontations on local roads.
Reports describe her stopping in the middle of traffic, yelling out her window, honking her horn, and making aggressive gestures toward other drivers
These encounters have become common enough that local residents have started sharing stories in the “Crappy Drivers of Cheyenne” Facebook group. Posts about the same Honda have been showing up for months, Cowboy State Daily shared.
Sarah Dixon recounted one of those encounters while driving with her boyfriend. According to her, the woman suddenly stopped her Honda Civic in front of them with her hazard lights on. She began honking repeatedly and started shouting and gesturing toward them. Dixon said they hadn’t done anything out of the ordinary while following her. She also mentioned that the woman seemed to become more upset when they didn’t respond.
Justin Crozier also recalled a moment when he came across the driver at a red light. He said she appeared agitated, honking for an extended period, repeatedly opening and closing her door, and speaking loudly to herself. He said she drove off quickly once the light changed.
The Cheyenne Police Department has confirmed that they are aware of the Honda Civic driver
A spokesperson said the Honda Civic driver has received citations in the past and that the department’s Traffic Enforcement Unit is familiar with her. However, due to state privacy laws, they have not released her name. Officers need to personally witness unsafe behavior in order to take further action, the department noted.
Police are encouraging drivers to report any unsafe or aggressive behavior rather than react in the moment. With summer events increasing traffic across the city, officials say patience is especially important.
One frequent contributor to the Facebook group, who uses the name Seymour Leeman, has posted videos of the woman and claimed to have encountered her multiple times. The group has become a kind of informal network for sharing sightings.
After reading the descriptions, I can’t help but consider possible mental illness or even substance abuse at play, here. Still…
Law enforcement discourages following or interacting with drivers exhibiting aggressive behavior
As the reports continue, police are reminding residents to stay calm, document incidents when safe to do so, and call in concerns to authorities.
