When it comes to celebrities with flashy cars, there’s a virtually unlimited supply of stories, vehicles, and rumors. However, Usain Bolt is a bit of a different type of celebrity. Being that he’s the fastest man on earth, you’d expect he’d like to be fast behind the wheel, too. If you came to that conclusion, you are absolutely correct!

Usain Bolt is an exceptionally decorated Olympic athlete, and he currently holds eight Olympic gold medals. According to 21 Motoring, he had a GT-R to color match his awards. When Nissan built him a custom GT-R, it only made sense that it’d wear a coat of gold paint. Nissan presented the car to him at his home track in Jamaica.

The 2012 Nissan GT-R has a 530 horsepower twin-turbocharged V6 engine. Upon its release, it set all kinds of track records and quickly became one of the fastest production cars around many circuits. So, it makes sense that it would wind up in the hands of the fastest man on earth. ‘

However, this car is no longer in his collection. According to MotorTrend, in 2012, it sold at auction for $187,100, with the proceeds benefitting educational charities for children in Jamaica.

Rolls Royce Cullinan

When he’s not looking to go excessively fast, Bolt turns his attention to ultimate luxury. 21 Motoring says that Bolt owns a Rolls Royce Cullinan, which is about the most luxurious SUV one could possibly buy.

Though it is remarkably heavy, it’s still quite fast. The twin-turbo V12 under the hood is good for 563 horsepower and 627 pound-feet of torque. Despite its size, the Cullinan can still sprint from zero to 60 miles per hour in just 4.8 seconds.

With a price of around $355,000, the Cullinan is definitely the most expensive car in Bolt’s collection.

Ferrari California

Though the beloved convertible Ferrari California is considered an “affordable entry-level Ferrari,” it’s still not cheap. Autoevolution reveals that Bolt was shopping for his Ferrari California in 2009. At that time, the MSRP was around $200,000 for a California model.

The 2009 Ferrari California has a 4.3-liter naturally-aspirated V8 engine up front. Powering the rear wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, the California makes an impressive 453 horsepower.

Ferrari 458 Italia

21 Motoring reports that Bolt’s appreciation for Ferrari does not stop at the ownership of a Ferrari California. In addition, the site states that he also owns a Ferrari 458 Italia, which is one of the most iconic Ferraris of recent history.

The almighty Ferrari 458 Italia has a naturally-aspirated V8 engine placed behind the cabin. It makes a whopping 562 horsepower and 398 pound-feet of torque. Putting that power to the ground via the rear wheels, a 458 Italia will launch you from zero to 60 miles per hour in just 3.4 seconds. Furthermore, it’ll go on to a top speed of 202 miles per hour!

Ultimately, it’s no surprise that the fastest man alive would want to be behind the wheel of some fast cars!
