Spoiler Alert: You won’t see any vehicle you’d expect to find on this list of cars with the most speeding tickets. In other words no Ferraris, Porsches, or BMWs. Or Mustangs, in spite of those videos showing their owners losing control while exiting an event.

The Metrics

A new study by Insurify put this list together based on the percentage of drivers owning a particular make and model car receiving speeding tickets. They compared the number of car models in their database of over 1.6 million insured with their associated drivers getting nailed.
The top 10 cars based on numbers they crunched are listed below.

The Take-Away

Granted, a sample size of slightly more than 1.5 million isn’t huge, but it’s enough cars and people to make for an interesting list. If you own one of these 10 cars, you might be more conspicuous just from what you’re driving. That holds for those with bright-colored cars, or those with Ricky Racer spoilers and wings. Or a polished supercharger and two double-pumpers sticking through one’s hood.
