According to MotorTrend, the Flexbed is 4.5 feet long or about 54 inches long. It is about 6.5 feet long or 79 inches long with its tailgate down. The Flexbed is almost 4.5 feet wide and 20.3 inches deep. A typical seven-foot-tall Christmas tree can easily be stored in the Maverick’s Flexbed with the tailgate down.

The 2022 Ford Maverick also comes with multiple tie-down points and tie-downs. This tiny pickup truck can certainly handle the average Christmas tree. If it makes you feel any better, the Maverick’s Flexbed is only under six inches shorter than the Ford Ranger’s truck bed.

The 2022 Ford Maverick starts at $19,995. Even after taxes, few trucks come close to the Maverick’s price. It may be pretty barebones, but the crafty little pickup provides plenty of value. The Ford Maverick is also the first standard hybrid Ford truck.

It gets an amazing 42 miles per gallon in the city and 33 miles per gallon on the highway. The Maverick hybrid makes 191 horsepower. It is far from the most powerful small truck, but it’ll get you around town more than a few times before needing to be refueled with its stellar fuel economy.

The Maverick is a city truck. It can squeeze into tighter parking spaces than most pickups. It has a much better fuel economy than its rivals. If you’re looking to try truck life out in a crowded city, the Maverick is the perfect entry-level pickup.
