Football season is almost here, which also means tailgating season. Tailgating is arguably just as fun as watching the game itself. It’s a great way for you and other sports fans to celebrate before or after an exciting game with good food, drinks, and music.

Your favorite football player may have a stylish sports car, but you probably won’t see these used for tailgating. The perfect car for a tailgate party should ideally have a lot of room in the trunk for all of your party gear, a good audio setup, and spacious seating for passengers. Edmunds posted their favorite tailgate cars a few years back, and we picked some of the ones that still hold up today.
