There Are Literally Zero Complaints About This Brand
There are some car brands that are complained about a lot. And for every brand, whether it’s one with tons of complaints or hardly any, there are certain models that are complained about more than others. Of course, this is largely due to the popularity of the brand or model. It turns out the Genesis complaints are few and far between.
The number of complaints can give potential buyers vital info on certain brands or models. However, here is one brand without any complaints. This is literally the least complained about brand in the auto industry.
Car problems
According to CarComplaints.com, there are zero complaints about any Genesis model. However, this likely has a lot to do with the fact that Genesis as an independent wasn’t a thing until the 2017 G90. Still, the fact that in four model years there are zero complaints resonates. This is an industry that people love to complain about. With good reason––our cars are a lifeline for many of us.
Problems with a car, truck, or SUV can be a major hiccup––or worse––in our routine. That’s why it’s worth noting that the Genesis brand companies are virtually non-existent. But why is are the Genesis car complaints so few?
Genesis as a part of Hyundai
The Hyundai Genesis, which released in 2004, has 235 complaints filed on CarComplaints.com. Apparently, owners dealt with issues like electrical problems in the 2012 model year. However, the G90 and G80 are both listed under the Hyundai CarComplaints overview as well. The G90 has only one complaint. The G80 maintains the Genesis trend of zero complaints.
An independent brand
Each Genesis model is still listed on CarComplaints.com. However, each of the 4 models show zero complaints. This is the only car brand that no one has filed any complaints about. Genesis is obviously a stand apart luxury brand that people just aren’t complaining about. This is likely in part due to the fact that they aren’t one of the brands that is bought in much volume.
Still, that doesn’t mean that they aren’t great luxury vehicles. In fact, Consumer Reports ranks the G90 #3 out of all ultra luxury sedans. Additionally, the G90 received a 5 out of 5 for owner satisfaction. The G70 has a 5 out of 5 predicted reliability rating from CR and the G80 earned a 5 out of 5 for owner satisfaction. Overall, these sedans are pleasing people and it’s no wonder that CarComplaints.com isn’t showing any complaints for any of the Genesis sedans.
Genesis GV80 SUV
In answer to the call of the crossover, Genesis released the GV80 luxury SUV. Consumer Reports also shows a 5 out of 5 owner satisfaction for the Genesis GV80. The deeper we delve into the brand, the more good ratings we find. As far as CarComplaints.com is concerned, we can just mark the Genesis GV80 SUV down as one more Genesis model with zero complaints.
In fact, Genesis is a luxury car brand without any complaints filed on the platform whatsoever. There isn’t a worst model year. There isn’t a most complained about problem. These must be some of the best cars out there. It’s surprising that more drivers aren’t taking the leap to buy one.
